Use 3-4 teaspoonful of Fresh Spices’ Beef Stew Seasoning Mix Masala per 1kg of stew meat.
Coat your meat with Beef Stew Seasoning Mix Masala, searing it till well browned.
You can also add a few teanspoonfuls of this Seasoning mix Masala directly into Beef Stew and whisk the stew until it dissolves and thickens. Simmer at low heat!
